Dr. John Ronoh Busienei, holds a Ph.D and Master of Business Administration with specialization in human resources management from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management from the University of East Africa, Baraton. He is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).

Dr. Busienei, Ph.D works with the University of Nairobi as a Lecturer in the Department of Agricultural Economics, Faculty of Agriculture, College of Agriculture and Veterinary Sciences. He has a wealth of experience in teaching, research and consultancy in general business and management activities including but not limited to human resources management, financial management and administration in both public and private entities. He has worked in several departments within the University of Nairobi in different capacities including: administration, finance and personnel. He is also a career management consultant and has five (5) years experience in the field. His strength in consultancy is tilted towards: strategic human resources, labour and industrial relations, strategic business management, marketing, entrepreureship and counseling in HR and training, agribusiness management among others.
