Master of Commerce in International Business (Strathmore University); Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Governance (KCA University), Bachelor of Business Management in human resource management (Egerton University) and CPA (K). Mr. Taracha has great business acumen and has worked for multinationals in the African Region and Europe. Specifically Mr. Taracha is responsible for cash flow analysis, business forecasting, business processes audit and people development. He has specialized in investment analysis, portfolio management  and  management  of  financial   institutions.   He   has   conducted   numerous researches and consultancy work.  

Mr. Taracha is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants Kenya (ICPAK) and IHRM, respectively.

• He has worked in various institutions and projects including resolution of Imperial Bank;
• Project Simba at Central Bank of Kenya, reconciliation of T24 and KEPPs balances and performance management roll out;
• He has also facilitated an ICPAK evening talk on ‘Setting and achieving objectives’ and linking individual performance to organizational goals on February 8th, 2012;
• He further made a presentation on ‘Implications of the Sacco Societies Act 2008 on governance of sacco’;
• Taracha has been very instrumental to the Great Heights Management Consultants Limited.
